Roller Crown (7 Functions) Grinding Attachments for Lathes
Functions:
7F means 7 Functions. It provides comprehensive options for users to grind the rollers as follows:
- Sine Curve Convex Crown Grinding – for grinding soft rubber rollers (The hardness is below Shore A 65°)
- Circle Convex Crown Grinding – for grinding medium rubber rollers ( The hardness is about Shore A 75°)
- Parabolic Convex Crown Grinding – for grinding hard rubber rollers (The hardness is about Shore A 85°)
- Hardest Convex Crown Grinding – for grinding hard rubber rollers (The hardness is above Shore A 90°)
- Concave Crown Grinding
- Tapered Grinding
- Cylindrical Grinding
Crown Ability:
The convex / concave crown height range is from 0.01 mm to 8.00 mm.

Rubber, Polyurethane, Silicone, Plastic, and Various Fiber Rollers
Adaptability:
It can be installed on most existing lathes without modification.
