Power Supply
In order to prevent short circuit which might damage the machine, please check the power supply information on the name plate mounted on the rear side of the machine before connecting the machine to the power source. Further connecting instructions are given as follows:
- Voltage varies from 220 / 380 to 440 volt 3 phases as requested by the user.
- Set the switch on the machine to OFF position.
- Unscrew the fastening screw of the terminals L1.L2.L3. (see Fig.1) located at the main power connector.
- Connect the power supply cable to the terminals and fasten the screws.
- Switch ON the power switch and check the indication lamp which should be ON.
- Verify the electric connection as below:
(we recommend to remove the wheel, flange, and adapter from the spindle)
- Turn ON the switch of the motor.
- Check if the direction of rotation is as shown in Fig.2. If it is not, please exchange the connection of any two of the three wires and check again until it rotates to the direction as shown below.
- Before switching on the machine, make sure the grounding and cable connection and plug are correctly and firmly connected.
